Job summary

Imperial Brady in Elkhart, IN is hiring a Service Repair Technician to service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums. You will build strong relationships with assigned accounts and provide exemplary customer service while keeping detailed service records.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm (or until daily work is completed) and a chance to grow with a nationwide distributor supporting facilities

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Experience in service, repair, and maintenance.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment.
• Establish and maintain relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory.
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satifaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

The Service Repair Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, or until the daily work is completed.

You Will
