Job summary

Dexcom is seeking an Equipment Technician II to join the Test Lab team. You will own the reliability, performance, and maintenance execution of assigned Test Lab equipment, collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and R&D to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

The role supports troubleshooting, calibration, and documentation, contributing to life-changing CGM technology. Candidates should have 2–4 years in equipment maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills, and

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of equipment maintenance or related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and maintenance procedures.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience in regulated production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance execution of assigned Test Lab equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per approved procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical assemblies, instrumentation, and test equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance using dashboards and maintenance records.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and safety.
