Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment. You will work with a team in a safety-focused environment and develop skills toward service or operations management.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of technician experience; diesel/heavy equipment experience is preferred. Training and advancement opportunities are available across a national company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1-3 years of technician experience with diesel or heavy construction equipment preferred.
• Experience with specialty lines equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, Oil & Gas) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment.
