Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet, including aerial work platforms, pumps, and HVAC equipment. You will join a safety-focused team and grow your skills within a dynamic, entrepreneurial workplace.

The role offers on-the-job training, opportunities to advance into service or operations management, and a supportive national network. High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of Technician experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1 to 3 years of Technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment or specialty lines equipment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Operate within safety guidelines while servicing diverse fleet including aerial lifts and generators.
• Collaborate with team to build skills and pursue career paths in service or operations.
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
