Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, some trade training is preferred.
• 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel or heavy equipment is preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting basics.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Work on a variety of makes, models and equipment in a safety-focused environment.
• Support service team and operate with focus on quality and reliability.
