Job summary

FinishWorks is seeking a mechanically inclined Equipment Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install industrial coating equipment in shipshewana, IN. The role includes in-field service, customer interaction, and collaboration with the sales team.

You will diagnose and repair equipment at customer sites or in-house, provide technical guidance, and support inventory and safety practices while offering solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

FinishWorks is seeking a mechanically inclined Equipment Technician to join our growing team in Shipshewana, Indiana.This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial paint and coating application equipment while providing exceptional support to both customers and our sales team.

What You'll Do

• Industrial maintenance, equipment repair, automotive repair, or similar technical experience.
