Job summary

Martin Painting & Coating is seeking skilled Finishing & Coatings Technicians to join our growing commercial and industrial painting team. You will prepare surfaces and apply high-quality finishes and protective coatings on a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be clean‑shaven to wear a respirator when required.
• Commercial and/or industrial painting experience preferred.
• Dependable, safety‑conscious and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, cleaning, patching and masking.
• Apply primers, paints and protective coatings with brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
• Ensure smooth, consistent finishes meeting quality standards.
• Operate lifts and other access equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
