Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring for an Equipment Support II at our Concord, NC branch.

You will assist drivers and customers with loading/unloading equipment, ensure equipment is clean and ready for rent, and work outdoors in a yard environment. We offer weekly pay, a starting wage of $19/hour based on experience, overtime after 40 hours, and a range of benefits including uniforms, boot allowance, free equipment rental, safety glasses, paid holidays, and medical/dental/vision coverage after one

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating construction equipment or general labor preferred.
• Able to load/unload equipment onto trailers for transport.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a yard environment.
• Climb in/out of equipment as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers and customers with loading and unloading equipment onto trailers.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned and ready for rent.
• Operate and move equipment safely in the yard.
• Support team to meet branch goals.
