Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring for an Equipment Support II in Oklahoma City. This role supports our drivers and customers by loading and unloading equipment, operating equipment, and ensuring gear is clean and ready for rent.

The position is outdoors in a yard with a strong safety focus and potential for advancement. Benefits begin after a month and include PTO and 401(k) after 90 days. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime eligible and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating construction equipment or general labor preferred.
• Must be comfortable loading/unloading equipment onto trailers.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers and customers with loading/unloading equipment onto trailers for transport.
• Operate equipment and ensure equipment is clean and ready for rent.
• Work outdoors in a yard and maintain good organization.
