Job summary

The position offers a pay range of $18–$22 per hour, paid weekly, with overtime after 40 hours and a quarterly bonus. Uniforms are provided, boot allowance, and benefits are available after a standard period.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in construction or related field preferred.
• Must adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather; physically active.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the yard.
• Prepare and stage equipment for deliveries.
• Maintain flow of equipment in/out of yard.
• Hook up trailer and secure loads for customers.
• Instruct customers on safe equipment operation.
