Job summary

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Equipment Support II in Southlake, TX. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime eligibility.

Starting pay is $19 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours and a quarterly branch performance bonus. Benefits include uniforms provided, boot allowance, free equipment rental, safety glasses, and paid holidays. This position requires at least 1 year of related experience and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating construction equipment or general labor preferred.
• Must be able to load/unload equipment onto trailers.
• Safety-focused and able to work outdoors in yard conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers and customers with loading/unloading equipment for transport.
• Operate equipment as needed and ensure it is cleaned and ready for rent.
• Support yard tasks and maintain safe, organized work area.
