Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking a Specialist I, Equipment in Holland, MI to support equipment performance, reliability, and continuous improvement within our manufacturing environment.

You will monitor equipment performance, analyze data, assist with troubleshooting, and help with installation and improvement activities alongside cross-functional teams. The role requires a High school diploma or GED and 1+ year of related experience in manufacturing equipment or automation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in manufacturing equipment or related technical environment.
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures, work instructions, and equipment documentation.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance (OEE, downtime, yield) and analyze data.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of equipment issues.
• Assist with installation, testing, and improvement of equipment.
• Maintain equipment documentation and coordinate with engineers and maintenance.
• Follow safety requirements and use PPE as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and efficiency.
