LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc in Holland, MI is seeking three Engineering Technicians across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to support daily production objectives.

Provide engineering support to drive continuous improvement, achieve OEE and yield targets, and work independently to complete projects while escalating issues when needed.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, data analysis, and collaboration across shifts to maintain line performance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 3 to 6+ years of manufacturing experience with hands-on tooling and equipment.
• Experience with HMI and Vision Systems; strong troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Drive troubleshooting and problem-solving activities when equipment breakdowns.
• Collect and analyze data, inspect products and processes, conduct tests and record results.
• Provide advanced training to Tech II's and III's, including troubleshooting guides.
• Create, update, and maintain Work Instructions, PFMEAs, Control Plans and visual standards.
• Lead line change-overs, verify proper function and quality targets are met.
• Monitor KPI’s: OEE, Yield and project targets; run queries to troubleshoot issues.
