• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Equipment Solutions team.
• Manage equipment planning and procurement, including processing equipment requests and transactions for internal and third-party rentals.
• Coordinate logistics and billing related to equipment usage.
• Gain exposure to software systems used for equipment management and rental processing.
• Assist with procurement tasks such as receiving support, contract document management, and consumable purchasing.
• Participate in crane selection and sourcing by sizing equipment, evaluating rental options, and soliciting vendor bids.
• Observe equipment facility and construction field operations.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Equipment Solutions team, which supplies high-quality equipment rentals and site services for construction projects.
• Manage equipment planning and procurement, including processing equipment requests and transactions for internal and third-party rentals.
• Coordinate logistics and billing related to equipment usage.
• Gain exposure to software systems used for equipment management and rental processing.
• Assist with procurement tasks such as receiving support, contract document management, and consumable purchasing.
• Participate in crane selection and sourcing by sizing equipment, evaluating rental options, and soliciting vendor bids.
• Observe equipment facility and construction field operations.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Undergraduate students currently pursuing a four-year degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferred candidates have previous related internship experience and are currently enrolled as juniors.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage starting at $18, with potential for higher pay based on year in school.
