Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Intern for Oklahoma-based projects. The role supports the Preconstruction and on-site teams, handling vendor sourcing, data entry, and document management, with emphasis on safety and cost control.

You will collaborate with contractors, engineers, and the office to ensure project tasks align with timelines. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a 4-year construction program, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Construction Program with ongoing coursework.
• Understanding of construction practices, processes, and standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist Preconstruction team in sourcing quotes from vendors, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
• Perform data entry and organize project documentation and vendor records.
• Help maintain the purchasing vendor database and bid files.
• Coordinate with contractors on bidding, contract adjustments, and deliveries.
• Assist day-to-day management of project operations with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Support on-site supervision with the project superintendent and engineers when needed.
