Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest BURGER KING franchise, is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of multiple restaurants through preventative maintenance and prompt repairs.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will prioritize repairs, schedule preventive tasks, and coordinate with restaurant teams to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Able to communicate with management and coworkers.
• Willing to respond quickly to maintenance needs.
• Able to adjust to changing assignments and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance as defined by company standards.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
