Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an experienced Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of Burger King restaurants through preventative maintenance and prompt repairs.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will prioritize repairs, work with the R&M budget, and develop a schedule that minimizes impact on guest service and operations while ensuring reliable equipment across a group of locations.

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge is necessary.
• General mechanical knowledge is required.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus; HVAC repair certification is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
