Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician for a group of Burger King Restaurants. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance and addressing maintenance needs to preserve the physical integrity of each location.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will prioritize repairs, develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations, and conduct maintenance with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge required.
• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Food service equipment repair experience preferred.
• Certification in HVAC repair preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Independent reliable transportation required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
