Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree is a plus.
• Driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Attention to detail and quality conscious.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to stand for long periods or entire shift.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate equipment with customers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Manage the equipment yard layout for safety and efficiency.
• Quality Control - ensure equipment is safe, clean and operational for each customer.
• Evaluate equipment returned for fuel, hours and general condition.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment and coordinate repairs with mechanics.
• Maintain a 'Customer First' attitude and provide excellent service.
• Read and understand Rental Contracts.
