Job summary

Vandalia Rental in Beechmont, OH is seeking a self-starting Equipment Service team member to ensure safe, quality equipment for every rental. This fast-paced role builds the foundation for all other positions at Vandalia Rental and offers real hands-on experience with construction equipment.

You will demonstrate equipment to customers, manage the equipment yard for safety, perform minor maintenance, and uphold a Customer First attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality conscious.
• Must be able to read and understand rental contracts.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate equipment with customers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Manage the equipment yard layout for safety and efficiency.
• Quality Control - ensure equipment is safe, clean and operational for each customer.
• Evaluate equipment returned for fuel, hours and general condition.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment and coordinate with mechanics for repairs.
• Maintain a “Customer First” attitude and provide excellent service.
• Read, Understand Rental Contracts.
