Vandalia Rental in Beechmont, OH is seeking a self-starting Equipment Service team member. This fast-paced role ensures safe, quality equipment for customers with each rental and may involve operating equipment daily.

You'll demonstrate equipment, manage yard safety, conduct basic maintenance with mechanics, and deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to safety standards. Must lift 75 lbs and work outdoors.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and quality conscious approach.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs. with assistance.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate equipment with customers and assist with loading/unloading.
• Manage the equipment yard layout for safety and efficiency.
• Quality control to ensure equipment is safe, clean and operational.
• Evaluate equipment returned for fuel, hours and general condition.
• Perform minor maintenance in coordination with mechanics.
• Maintain a customer-first attitude and provide excellent service.
