Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain and repair food service equipment across Burger King locations. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

The ideal candidate has strong electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• The candidate must work independently and communicate well with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, adapt to changing assignments and stay productive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
