You will work closely with teams to maintain smooth operations, handle order intake, inventory inquiries, and coordination between customers, sales, and management. The role emphasizes communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience working within the heavy equipment industry.
• Three years of practical experience in customer service.
• One year of experience in the mining and construction industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general order intake functions.
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers and distributors.
• Respond to inquiries regarding stock balance, pricing, and availability; enter subsequent customer orders.
• Assist in investigating issues related to inventory, pricing, deliveries, returns, credits, and technical problems.
• Track incoming shipments and back orders.
• Ensure accurate daily filing of customer orders, invoices, acknowledgments, and departmental communications.
