Job summary

Foley Power Solutions in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Equipment Service Shop Manager to lead the equipment service department, schedule work, and coordinate with customers and technicians in our North KC Rebuild Center.

You will focus on customer needs, ensure safety, train staff, review work orders, and travel for training or to assist at other locations as required.

• Previous employee management in a service department.
• Excellent communication and customer service experience.
• Experience working on or knowledge of heavy equipment.
• Experience working in a service department.

You will be directly involved in the day-to-day function of the equipment service department, scheduling work, communicating with customers and directing the work of technicians in the shop at our North KC Rebuild Center.
