Job summary

A leading equipment dealership is seeking an organized and customer-focused Service Writer to be the communication hub between customers and the service team. The Service Writer will oversee repair orders and service scheduling while ensuring excellent service delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and relevant experience in a fast-paced environment supporting service operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues.
• Working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, or electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming service customer calls or visits.
• Coordinate day-to-day Shop & Field Service work order transactions.
• Communicate with customers on the status of jobs.
