Job summary

Eaheart Industrial Service, Inc. seeks an Equipment Sales Representative to cover the Danville, Lynchburg, Martinsville, and South Boston territory.

Based out of our Bedford, VA location, you will drive sales of equipment and racking while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will leverage knowledge of equipment value, market trends, and a defined sales process to source new business and support existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of forklift operations preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in equipment sales and racking for the territory.
• Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of equipment and services.
• Log calls and use CRM daily to manage customer information.
• Assist with customer calls and sales preparation and execution.
• Conduct equipment field inspections and monitor market trends.

Purpose:

Responsible for supporting the company's multifaceted sales goals through professional sales techniques and good customer service, all while maintaining quality relations with existing accounts and developing new business

Responsibilities:

• Represents the company for equipment sales and racking.
• Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment and services offered by the dealership
• Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
• Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
• Knows and follows a defined sales process
• Logs calls and uses CRM daily
• Maintains assigned company vehicles and equipment
• Assists with the preparation and execution of customer calls and sales
• Conducts equipment field inspections
• Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management
• Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
• Maintain current knowledge of equipment values within the market affording the ability to evaluate properly for repair versus replace purposes

Requirements:

• 2+ years sales experience
• Knowledge of forklift operational practices preferred.
• Ability to used standard desktop load applications, such as Microsoft Office, and internet functions
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
