Van Keppel Company is seeking a Sales & Rental Coordinator in Springfield, MO to support equipment sales and rental operations. You will source equipment, coordinate rental transactions, maintain inventory records, and deliver exceptional customer service to both customers and internal teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in customer service or rental operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred, with the ability to travel up

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum two years of experience in customer service, sales support, or rental operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.

Responsabilités

Serve as primary contact for equipment sales and rental customers, building and maintaining relationships.
Coordinate rental transactions from start to finish, with accurate documentation and timely processing.
Maintain inventory records and monitor equipment availability and location.
Monitor accounts receivable and assist with timely customer payments and expense tracking.
