The G.W. Van Keppel Company is seeking a Sales & Rental Coordinator in Missouri to support equipment sales and rental operations. You will source equipment, coordinate transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service.

This role collaborates across sales, service, parts, and accounting to keep processes efficient and customers satisfied. Responsibilities include handling rental transactions, updating CRM records, overseeing accounts receivable, and supporting departmental

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, sales support, rental operations, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for equipment sales and rental customers, building relationships.
• Source equipment to meet sales and rental needs and coordinate transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor equipment availability.
• Manage accounts receivable and support purchasing and purchasing card transactions.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with other departments to meet customer needs.
