Job summary

Superior Rents is seeking a dependable rental associate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert equipment guidance on site in Missouri. You will identify the right equipment, ensure all accessories are attached to contracts, and maintain equipment through testing and basic troubleshooting.

You will load/unload gear, keep the yard clean, and help with deliveries and pickups as needed. A CDL is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent industry experience required.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customers rent the proper equipment.
• Identify equipment purpose and provide information to help customers choose correctly.
• Knowledge of routine maintenance and basic trouble-shooting for rental equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment for their projects.
• Load and unload equipment with care to avoid damage.
• Prepare rental contracts with all required accessories and ensure accuracy.
• Test equipment for proper operation and return to rental-ready line.
• Deliver and pick up equipment as directed by management.
• Keep yard, wash rack, and storage areas clean and orderly.
