• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Two or more years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Adept at organizing, planning, and task completion to manage a high volume of department paperwork.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various web-based applications.
• Exceptional Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receives and reviews equipment sales documentation submitted for processing.
• Processes equipment sales invoices.
• Calculates commissions that are due on equipment sales.
• Reviews financial statements for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Consistent and reliable on-site attendance.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
