Job summary

Alberici, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks an Equipment & Warehouse Specialist to support project needs across North America. The role focuses on ordering consumables, coordinating external rentals, and maintaining vendor registries to optimize costs and reliability.

You will collaborate with estimating, procurement, and field teams, and travel to offices and project sites as required, contributing to safety, compliance, and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 5 years of equipment or warehouse experience.
• Experience coordinating equipment rentals and vendor relationships.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Receives orders for consumables, tools and equipment from projects.
• Regularly solicits rental pricing from outside equipment rentals suppliers.
• Develops and maintains a registry of equipment vendors.
• Assists estimating team with equipment rental rates and pricing.
• Coordinates and tracks equipment rented from outside suppliers.
• Ensures equipment rental rates from outside suppliers are invoiced as negotiated.
• Coordinates Alberici equipment selection and moves for projects and revenue opportunities.
