Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. in Hillsdale, Missouri, is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to support our project teams across North America. You will receive orders for consumables, tools and equipment and coordinate rentals with outside suppliers, maintaining vendor registries and tracking maintenance.

The role supports estimating with equipment rates, tracks rental invoicing, and helps purchase new equipment. Travel to project sites may be required as part of essential duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 5 years of equipment or warehouse experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives orders for consumables, tools and equipment from projects.
• Regularly solicits rental pricing from outside equipment rental suppliers.
• Develops and maintains a registry of equipment vendors.
• Assists estimating team with equipment rental rates and pricing.
• Coordinates and tracks equipment rented from outside suppliers.
• Ensures equipment rental rates from outside suppliers are invoiced as negotiated.
