Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and help customers with rentals, equipment inspections, and educational guidance. You will work with a team to ensure customers receive top-notch assistance using up-to-date technology.

Responsibilities include managing rentals via U-Scan, moving and hooking up trucks, and performing inspections while learning through ongoing U-Haul education programs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and educate customers about products.
