Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service, assisting customers with products and services and using U-Scan tech to manage rentals and inventory. You’ll move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and educate customers about our offerings in a supportive team environment.

Schedule includes two hands-on interviews with pay, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 cash bonus upon program completion. On-the-job education is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
