Job summary

Rogers-O'Brien Construction is seeking an Equipment Rental Representative to assist customers with rental needs, manage orders, and deliver exceptional service. You will partner with TP customers in the equipment rental department to understand needs, recommend suitable gear, and coordinate logistics for rental orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication to handle customer inquiries and rentals.
• Detail-oriented with accurate order processing.

• Knowledge of construction equipment and industry trends is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business administration coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for TP customers inquiries about equipment rentals and provide excellent service.
• Manage rental orders from initial inquiry to equipment return, coordinating availability and scheduling.
• Process rental orders accurately using rental management software and ensure paperwork is completed promptly.
• Develop a working knowledge of our equipment inventory to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure maintenance and readiness.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify rental opportunities and support sales initiatives with product information.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and educating customers on equipment usage.
