• DOT Qualification process completion is preferred.

Job Summary

Inside Sales Representative – Equipment Rental Specialist

Responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rental of all types of construction/industrial equipment. The role involves understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, delivering customer satisfaction with a professional attitude, and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track
• Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime
• Work with an incredible team of people to make it happen for customers
• Understand and fulfill customer equipment needs, negotiate, and place orders
• Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records

Physical Demands

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred

Base Pay Range: $24.58 - 29.19 per hour

Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
