In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their equipment rental needs, managing rental orders, and ensuring exceptional service is provided at every interaction. You will be a key player in facilitating smooth and efficient rental processes, contributing to the satisfaction and success of our clients.

As an Inside Sales Associate within the equipment rental department, you will collaborate closely with Trade Partner (TP) customers. Your focus will be on understanding their needs, recommending suitable equipment, and coordinating the logistics of rental orders. Your efforts in maintaining strong customer relationships will be vital to our continued growth and reputation as a leader in construction services.

Skills & Qualification

• Exceptional communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and understanding their rental needs
