Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative. This role supports telephone and walk-in customers with rental of construction/industrial equipment. The position involves understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders, along with supporting logistics and training team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or a 4-year degree plus 1 year of industry experience preferred

Skills and Abilities

• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification process completion preferred
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other) may be preferred

Physical Demands

The role requires bending, squatting, reaching, lifting 50+ pounds, and working indoors/outdoors as needed. Reasonable accommodations are available to comply with laws.
