Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative.

The Sr. Equipment Rental Specialist supports telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment for construction and industrial needs. This role is the company's front line of contact, understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders. It also involves administrative skills and delivering customer satisfaction with a professional attitude. Additional responsibilities may include supporting logistics for equipment delivery and training team members.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or a 4-year degree plus 1 year of experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification process completion preferred
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or others) may be preferred in some locations

Base Pay Range: $27.11 - 32.19
