Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This role involves supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment for construction and industrial needs. It is the company's front line of contact, focusing on understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders. Strong administrative skills and a professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with construction/industrial tools & equipment

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in equipment rental industry
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification (preferred)
• Bilingual abilities (preferred in some locations)

Physical Demands

Includes bending, squatting, reaching, lifting 50+ pounds, and working indoors/outdoors. Reasonable accommodations available.
