Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative.

The Equipment Rental Specialist is responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rental of all types of construction/industrial equipment. This front-line role involves understanding customer needs, negotiating, and placing orders, requiring strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for Success:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with various construction/industrial tools and equipment

Skills and Abilities:

• Previous experience in equipment rental industry preferred
• Strong customer service and telephone skills
• Solid computer and administrative skills
• DOT Qualification process completion preferred
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or others) may be advantageous in some locations

The physical demands include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations will be made to comply with laws. Pay Range: $20.96 - $24.89 per hour
