Job summary

Milford is seeking a Rental Coordinator to provide responsive rental support while coordinating availability, contracts, checkouts, returns, and invoicing for rental equipment.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork, with flexibility for extended hours and on-call support. You will interact with Rental, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and other Milford teams.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service orientation with professional communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced rental environment.
• Ability to work across Rental, Sales, Operations, Warehouse and other Milford functions.
• Excellent English reading/writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to create, review, and maintain rental contracts, reservations, invoices, and related records.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, professional service to rental customers by various channels.
• Coordinate customer rental needs with inventory and available equipment.
• Own customer requests through to resolution or handoff to a teammate.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate requirements, availability, and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, contracts, invoices, and equipment status.
• Ensure proper checkout, return, and asset protection procedures.
