Qualifications

• Math, reading, writing, and typing skills.
• Flexible with the ability to perform a wide range of tasks.
• Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Handle rental customer calls, quote rates and sale prices.
• Help customers choose equipment models and sizes for jobsites.
• Proactively pursue rental sales opportunities.
• Process rental transactions, rates, invoicing, and insurance verification.
• Coordinate transportation of equipment.
• Update rental data and contracts in the Dealer Business System.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with Service.
• Resolve delivery, repair and billing issues with customers.
• Support outside sales reps as needed.
• Uphold daily safety practices.
