Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in service, hospitality, retail, or sales.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through.
• Willingness to learn equipment knowledge and rental processes.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, professional experience for customers in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand needs and timing.
• Take ownership of customer requests and follow through until resolved or next steps are clear.
• Recommend rental equipment and coordinate with branch resources as needed.
• Prepare quotes and rental contracts with complete documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, service, sales, and teams to ensure availability and delivery.
• Respond to concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Support in-store sales, inventory, and parts ordering for rental equipment.
• Build knowledge of Fabick Cat Rentals equipment and stay updated.
• Represent Fabick Cat Rentals professionally and with accountability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
