Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Knowledge of estimating documents and quantitative/qualitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed rental rate analyses and vendor bid comparisons.
• Assemble and support RFP packages for rental vendors.
• Lead data management for project estimates and bid leveling workbooks.
• Coordinate with vendors and Turner teams; manage bid clarifications.
• Support constructability and logistics reviews and site yard layouts.
