Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Estimating professional to manage the First Equipment Company On‑site Equipment Rental Programs (OERP) estimating process in Nashville. You will develop detailed vendor analyses, prepare entitlement sheets for owner approvals, and assemble BOA baskets for bid leveling.

You will collaborate with rental vendors, Turner's Preconstruction, Procurement, and Operations teams to forecast equipment needs, ensure competitive pricing, and maintain program coverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 3 years of estimating or construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and schedules.
• Experience with vendor management, bid processes, and RFP packaging.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed rental rate analyses and vendor bid models.
• Assemble RFP packages for rental vendors across program types.
• Lead data management for preconstruction, including rate sheets and bid leveling workbooks.
• Coordinate with Turner Preconstruction, Procurement and Operations teams.
• Support constructability and logistics reviews and site layout planning.
