Job summary

Multimatic is seeking an Equipment Reliability and Maintenance Coordinator in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to optimize equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment reliability and maintenance coordination.
• Experience with CMMS/SAP PM and data analysis is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance data to identify trends and issues, using RC/M and predictive maintenance.
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Oversee creation, assignment, and tracking of work orders with proper documentation.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Allocate resources (personnel, tools, materials) for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies; conduct safety audits.
• Maintain reliability metrics and generate reports for management review.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes and asset reliability.
