This role combines responsibilities for ensuring equipment reliability through data-driven analysis and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend asset life. The position will provide a liaison between multiple Maintenance Supervisors, Production Supervisors, and Manufacturing Engineers.** **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**· **Reliability Analysis:** Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. Utilize reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance techniques to enhance equipment reliability.· **Maintenance Scheduling:** Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Coordinate with maintenance staff and other departments to minimize operational disruptions.· **Work Order Management:** Oversee the creation, assignment, and tracking of work orders. Ensure that work orders are completed efficiently and accurately, with all relevant documentation maintained.· **Failure Analysis:** Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and downtime incidents. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.· **Resource Allocation:** Allocate resources, including personnel, tools, and materials, for maintenance activities.
