Job summary
Harbinger Motors is expanding and seeks a Maintenance Control Engineer to support advanced EV manufacturing lines. You will bridge automation, controls, SCADA, and MES integration to ensure high equipment reliability and uptime.
You will collaborate with Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers and external suppliers to resolve failures, drive improvements, and execute transfers and upgrades. A California pay range is offered with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in controls, automation, or maintenance engineering in automated manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience configuring Ignition SCADA (Inductive Automation).
- Experience integrating industrial machinery with MES platforms.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, program, and maintain PLCs (Siemens TIA Portal, Allen‑Bradley Studio 5000) and HMIs.
- Develop and maintain Ignition SCADA screens and interfaces.
- Support MES data integration and diagnose industrial networks.
- Lead continuous improvement and maintenance projects to improve OEE.
