Job summary
Harbinger is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer in California to support advanced EV manufacturing lines. You will diagnose failures, implement preventive and predictive maintenance, and work with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and suppliers.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, managing industrial networks, configuring drives and sensors, and ensuring equipment meets cycle time and quality targets. Requires 2–5 years in automated manufacturing and a technical degree.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment.
- Hands-on experience with automated assembly equipment, robotics, EOL testing, and servo-driven systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation systems.
- Maximize uptime and meet KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
- Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Conduct root-cause analyses and implement CAPAs.
